Skin Cancer

Skin cancer is the most common cancer in Canada. The good news is that skin cancer, when caught early, is easily treatable. During a typical skin cancer visit, Dr. Yadav will examine you with a dermatoscope. If a suspicious spot is noted, a skin biopsy may be performed and sent to a lab for further testing.

Pre-Skin Cancer

Actinic keratoses can be treated in a variety of ways including liquid nitrogen, topical immunomodulators and – now – a one-day treatment: Metvix®.

Mole removal

Mole removal is the surgical removal of unwanted nevi. Our mole removal options provide you with the cosmetic outcome you want and a thorough diagnosis so you don’t have to worry about them.

Skin tags

Skin tags are harmless but can be cosmetically bothersome, especially around the neck or on the chest and near the axillae. We are able to remove skin tags safely and quickly.

Age spots

It’s natural to feel uneasy about unwanted dark spots. We use liquid nitrogen or laser treatment to erase your dark spots so you leave feeling confident in the skin you’re in.

Lumps and bumps

The body is a unique wonderland with hundreds of different kinds of lumps, bumps and cysts associated with the skin – many of which are harmless but many of which can be a nuisance. In the event of unwanted lumps, please inquire and we can talk you through your options and ways to minimize scarring
